Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Syok AI when you use syok-ai.com, the Syok AI app and the Syok AI Developer API (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Syok AI is

Syok AI is a routing service for AI provider API keys that you own. You connect keys from providers such as Google Gemini, Groq, Mistral, OpenAI and others. When one provider is rate-limited, out of credit or unavailable, Syok AI automatically sends your request to the next one.

Syok AI is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a reseller of any AI provider. Your subscription pays for Syok AI's switching service only. What you use on each provider is between you and that provider, and is billed by them to your own account.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Service.
• You sign in with a Cloudflare account. When you sign in, Syok AI sets up a personal Syok AI worker in your Cloudflare account, using the permission you approve. It runs on your Cloudflare account and within Cloudflare's own terms and limits.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, provider keys and Syok AI developer keys. Keep them secret, and revoke any key you think has leaked.

3. Your provider keys and provider terms

• You confirm you have the right to use every API key you connect, and that your use of each provider through Syok AI follows that provider's terms, usage policies and limits.
• You are solely responsible for any charges from your providers. Syok AI can prefer cheaper or free providers first, but it cannot guarantee a provider will be free or stay free. Watch your provider balances.
• Provider availability, models, quality, speed and free tiers are controlled by the providers and can change at any time.

4. Free trial, subscriptions and payment

• Free trial. New accounts get a 3-day free trial with all features. No card is needed.
• Plans. After the trial you can subscribe monthly (US$5 per month) or yearly (US$30 per year, available after 3 monthly payments). Prices are shown on our website and at checkout, and may change. If they do, we'll tell you in advance, and the change applies from your next billing period.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Cancelling. You can cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds for partly used periods, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, such as being charged twice, email support@syok-ai.com and we'll look into it.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause features until it's fixed.
• Taxes. Prices may not include taxes that apply where you live.

5. Referral programme

• When someone signs up with your referral code and makes their first paid subscription payment, you earn a one-time cash commission on that first payment (15% to start, as shown in the app) and a free month of Syok AI.
• Commissions are held for 14 days to cover refunds and chargebacks. They are paid once your balance reaches US$20, to the PayPal or Wise email address you give us, and are paid by hand.
• You can't refer yourself or your own accounts, and you can't use spam, misleading ads or bidding on the Syok AI brand name. We may withhold or reverse commissions that come from fraud, refunds or chargebacks, or that break these rules.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions. We may change or end the programme, but commissions you have already earned properly will still be paid.

6. Developer API

If you create Syok AI developer keys, you must keep them secret, stay within the rate limits and daily caps, and not use the API to resell, overload or harm the Service. We may revoke or limit keys that are being abused, and a key that keeps hitting its daily cap may be revoked automatically.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law, or any AI provider's usage policy;
• create or share content that sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or terrorism, harasses others, or infringes intellectual property;
• send malware or spam, or attempt to break into systems;
• get around a provider's limits or billing using keys that aren't yours;
• reverse-engineer, attack or overload the Service, or get around its limits, payments or security;
• resell or rebrand the Service without our written permission.

8. Your content and AI output

• Ownership. You keep your rights to what you put in: prompts, files, skills. Between you and Syok AI, you also own the output, subject to each provider's terms.
• Our limited permission. You give us permission to handle your content only as needed to run the Service, for example sending it to the providers you choose.
• AI output can be wrong. It can be incomplete, offensive, or similar to other people's content. Check it before you rely on it, especially for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
• Answers can come from different AIs. Because Syok AI switches providers, answers within one conversation may come from different AI models.

9. Skills and attachments

Skills and attached documents are instructions and text that you choose to send to AI providers. Only add skills from sources you trust. You are responsible for having the right to use any file or skill you add.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Syok AI running, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". It depends on third parties we don't control, including Cloudflare, Stripe and the AI providers. We may add, change or remove features, providers or limits. If a change significantly reduces what you've paid for, we'll let you know in advance.

11. Our intellectual property

The Syok AI name, logo, website, app and software belong to Syok AI. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the Service as intended. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• Syok AI gives no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
• Syok AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill.
• Syok AI is not liable for charges from your AI providers, or for provider outages or actions.
• Syok AI's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Syok AI in the 3 months before the claim.

Some laws don't allow some of these limits, so they apply to you only as far as your law allows.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover Syok AI against claims, losses and costs that come from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms or of a provider's terms.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk or harm, or that the law requires us to act on. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first. The sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue.

15. Governing law and disputes

Before starting any formal claim, please email support@syok-ai.com so we can try to sort it out informally. Most issues can be settled this way within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Syok AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you use Syok AI as a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or elsewhere, nothing in these terms takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. You may also bring a claim in the courts of that country.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change, and we'll tell you about significant changes by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
